Moyosore Jolaolu (b. 1993), trained in Graphic Design at Yaba College of Technology, is a visual artist whose paintings explore canon moments in memory, identity, as well as the complexities of human connection. Known for his evocative use of colour and composition, he creates deeply autobiographical works that merge self-portraiture, intimate portrayals of others, and reflective scenes drawn from everyday life. His practice transforms personal narratives into universal reflections, addressing both private longings and collective social realities. Moyosore began his career as an art director in advertising before fully dedicating himself to his studio practice.
